PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Recreation complex situated in citycentre of Harrachov. Is is complex of three apartment houses close to main pedestrian precinct thorought the Harrachov.
There are ski tows, chair lifts, ski slopes, running routes, shopping centre, many schops, boutigues, restaurants at immediate vicinity. There are also sporting goods rentals, banks, post office and doctor.
This project contain three independents but interconnected with basement which has two storeys with parking places and cellars and five overground floors.
Above the ground floors are only for living use and there are apr. 100 apartments with home land of 33 - 68 m2. All of them has balcony or terrace with south and southwest orientation and exclusive view to ski jump area and Čertova hill. Access to apartments is possible by lift placed in every building and stairs.
