EVROPA Real Estate Agency has been providing these services since 1997, initially as an association of professionals, and since 1999 as an incorporated business organization. Since it was founded, the agency has focused on quality instead of quantity. Our staff takes a personal approach to clients. The emphasis placed on quality permeates all of our activities – the property is promptly included in the agency’s offer, our brokers visit every property in person, we take professional photographs of the property and, last but not least, we arrange secure financial transactions of property conveyance.
High-quality and prompt service for our customers are very important to us. One phone call is all that is needed and we will take care of the rest – we will visit the property in person, assist you with the real estate appraisal, take care of the taxes, take high quality pictures of the property, include the property in high-quality colored advertisements, offer it to the clients in our database, prepare agreements and contracts, arrange for a notary, organize registration in the Land Register, and transfer utilities to the new owner or tenant.
To provide the best and most accessible services, our offices have always been located in the center of Prague. From our first offices on Jindřišská Street, we moved to Wenceslas Square 17 in Prague 1 in 1999, which is at the very center of the Czech Republic and the European Union. In order to constantly improve the quality of our services, and since our number of transactions were constantly growing, we established our newest and largest offices in 2005 on Wenceslas Square 36, Prague 1, in the historical building of Melantrich.
Our headquarters and branches cover the entire territory of the Czech Republic, which allow us to offer high-quality, prompt and comprehensive services.
We would like to play a part in helping to increase the public trust in Czech-based real estate agencies. All services provided are in strict compliance with the law, with high moral standards, and follow our company’s code of conduct. In 2005, we voluntarily increased the capital of the company to CZK 1,000,000 in order to win customers’ trust in our agency.

We are proactive in the property market; we provide free consultancy services for the general public, courts, bankruptcy trustees, the press, specialized property magazines, etc. We provide our clients with expert’s opinions and real estate appraisals free of charge.
After many successful years on the real estate market, we have increased our list of partners which now include: AC Sparta Prague Football Club a.s., The Belgian Embassy, Řičany City Hall, Komerční Banka, Raffeisenbank a.s., Allianz, Česká spořitelna, VB Leasing, Gorenje and Shell.
