ANTI-CRISIS PACKAGE FOR ALL CLIENTSIn December the annual meeting of EVROPA Real Estate Agency with the owners of all existing branches was held at the Prague Castle, the Presidential Lounge of the Vikárka Restaurant. In the presence of Mr Michal Macek, owner of the brand and the central office at the Wenceslas Square, Prague, and Mr Jiří Švec, network manager, the other participants were the owners of already opened branches, namely Mr Janeček of Kolín, Mrs Zedníčková of Pilsen, Mrs Poláková of Liberec, Mr Kubát of Jihlava, Mr Jiřeš of Rumburk, Mr Procházka of Ústí nad Labem, as well as the owners whose offices are almost ready and will be opened within 3 months, namely Mr Štěpán and Mrs Jedličková of Zlín, Mr Togner of Frýdek – Místek, Mr Obdržálek of Hodonín, and Mr Prchlík of Hradec Králové. In a very friendly atmosphere of the festive dinner the successful 2009 was summarized, and a vision and plans for the future, the targets for 2010 including the marketing plan for the entire next year that will be characterized by the spirit of the anti-crisis package for clients of the entire network of EVROPA Real Estate Agency in the real estate market were presented to the owners. A part of appreciation and awards was also announcing of the most dynamic and successful branch of 2009. The title of most dynamic branch of 2009 was awarded to EVROPA Real Estate Agency Pilsen. For the second year in a row EVROPA Real Estate Agency Kolín has become the most successful branch of 2009.
SPECIALIZED EXHIBITION OF NEW DWELLING POSSIBILITIES – BYDLENÍ 2010We would like to inform you about the participation of EVROPA Real Estate Agency at the exhibition New Dwelling (Nové bydlení) held at the Trade Fair Grounds in Holešovice. We presented new dwelling projects, family and recreation houses not only on the territory of the Czech Republic. Our presentation has also highlighted a new campaign called ANTI-CRISIS PACKAGE prepared for our clients this year. Our branches from PRAGUE – KOLÍN – PARDUBICE – ÚSTÍ NAD LABEM – LIBEREC – RUMBURK – JIHLAVA – PLZEŇ have also presented offers of new dwelling. TENNIS TOURNAMENT FOR DEVELOPERS AND PARTNERS OF EVROPA REAL ESTATE AGENCYNice spring days have brought a sunny weather and another, already the third year of EVROPA Real Estate Agency tennis tournament held on April 22, 2010. Same as last year the tournament was organized in a spectacular modern Holiday Park Benice. This year 26 players from our partner and developer companies participated to perform a very high quality tournament – it has to be said that this year the amateur tennis players were on a very high level that keeps increasing year on year. A social event was prepared for the participants to finish off the successful tournament; its part was announcing of results and also tombola with prices for winners provided by our partners. The witty moderated tombola was very amusing for all participants. Main partners of the tournament were T-mobile and Komerční banka, with further partners Shell, Dokor Furniture, and Auto Brejla. The Holiday Park event had a very good atmosphere; we were pleased by the participants' responses who were very happy with the organization.
We would like to thank to all participants and our partners for their cooperation, and will be looking forward not only to the next years' tournament, but also a golf tournament to be organized in September at the Karlštejn Castle.
